Application : Pre-Mentor Boot Camp : Mentor Short List : Mentor Program
In order to be considered for this incredible mentoring scheme promising candidates must be 18 or over, and should first register and upload a CV and biography.
We use the CV’s and biography’s submitted to help us decide who makes it into our pre-mentor boot camp. Those who successfully make it onto the boot camp will be tested with a number of tasks to prove their ‘Rising Star’ credentials.
After the boot camp we will select our final shortlist of 5 mentee candidates in each category (song/writer, producer, A&R, plugger etc).
The top performers from the boot camp will then progress onto the interview stage where they will meet their potential mentor and will get the opportunity to make their 3 minute powerpoint pitch for a place on the program.
Mentors will then select 1 person from their shortlist to mentor for a 1month trial period. Should the 1 month trial be successful, the arrangement will be extended to 6 months.
